The subsidiary company of JSC "Nikora Management Group" LLC "Nikora" announces a vacancy for the position of Inventory Specialist:

Work conditions:

• Workplace: Nadzaladevi, Al. Mrevlishvili #2;
• Salary: 1500 GEL.
• Schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00-18:00 (rest: Sunday, Monday)

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Planning regular inventories in production warehouses, ensuring their conduct, and monitoring the process;
• Analysis of inventory results. In case of discrepancies between physical and program balances, investigation and determination of the cause;
• Passing and documenting inventory results with responsible persons;
• Constant involvement in the process of inventory management and improvement;
• Use of all necessary tools for monitoring (accounting program, video monitoring system, electronic personnel management and accounting system, electronic task management and accounting system);
• Submission of regular reports to the immediate supervisor;
• Within the scope of your competence, under the instructions of your immediate supervisor, implementation of other powers, in accordance with the organization's goals and objectives.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (bachelor's degree);
• Knowledge of office programs at the user level (Word, Excel);
• Work experience in the field of monitoring will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of accounting programs (ERP) will be considered an advantage.
