We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the AI and Data Services direction (AI work environments, model deployment and API integration services, managed databases, Data Lake and Data Warehouse platforms) in the "UGT Cloud" team, with the goal of ensuring the creation of innovative products, effective positioning in the market, and the formation of a high-standard technological environment for developers and data specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
Communication with customers, researching and analyzing their needs and new products; Developing and implementing product strategy and development plans; Coordinating with internal or external engineering teams in the process of transforming an idea into a real product; Determining product pricing policy, market research, evaluating results, and further development based on feedback; Supporting the sales team in positioning and effective realization of new product capabilities.
Professional Skills/Requirements:
At least 5 years of practical technical experience in cloud, AI, or data systems; Ability to understand client needs and discuss effective solutions with technical specialists; Interest in both technologies and the business value and benefits created by them; Ability to formulate ideas, prioritize, and organize team work around a common goal.
Languages:
Fluent written and verbal communication in Georgian and English;
Work Experience
Candidates with experience in engineering, technical architecture, project or product management will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience, analytical thinking, and motivation for product development; expertise in each listed technology is not a prerequisite.
