We are looking for a new team member for the position of Logistics Manager Assistant at the Kutaisi warehouse, who will programmatically ensure the process of distributing addresses for the courier service, will be involved in the process of distributing, launching, receiving and scanning parcels.

Location: Kutaisi, Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani N 8

Working hours: 10:00-19:00, weekends off

Salary: fixed 1000 GEL

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily warehouse operations;

• Organizing receiving, storing, supplying and inventory processes;

• Coordinating warehouse employees and optimizing work processes;

• Preparing reports and communicating with supervisors;

• Managing the scanning process;

• Dispatching couriers and monitoring work to be done/completed.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Warehouse or Logistics Manager Assistant is desirable;

• Ability to work in a team and lead;

• Attention to detail and organization;

• Knowledge of computer programs (especially Excel);

• High sense of responsibility and ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
