Administrator

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for an Administrator in "Archi" and his main functions will be:

• Greeting and directing visitors, customers (if necessary, serving with coffee and tea);

• Software registration of customers;

• Answering incoming calls and redirecting them;

• Solving organizational issues of the company (booking meeting rooms, calling a taxi, printing office documentation, copying, scanning, etc.);

• Involvement in the process of office purchases, inventory control;

• Software accounting of cash contributions / expenses;

• Production of daily reporting documentation.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is desirable;

• Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office at the user level;

• Knowledge of English at a communicative level is required.
