Responsibilities: - Moving and arranging inventory in offices and warehouses, loading/unloading and placing in auto transport means according to the manager's tasks; - Receiving purchased products, counting according to documents, and arranging in the warehouse by type, periodic recounting of existing balances, and presenting to the manager of the economic service; - Transferring office inventory, computer equipment, stationery, and hygiene products from the warehouse to offices (performing loading and unloading operations) and handing over to receivers; - Refueling generators with fuel; - Servicing drinking water dispensers, replacing water bottles; - Eliminating minor damages in offices: replacing damaged seat details, changing damaged furniture fittings, replacing lamps, changing faucet cartridges (using electric and mechanical tools such as drills, angle grinders, screwdrivers, wrench keys, etc.); - Observing safety norms; - Performing other tasks given by the supervisor in accordance with the goals of the position.
