At the new stage of the company's development, we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Head of the Sales Department.

Requirements: - Higher education - At least 5 years of experience in sales - Experience in a leadership position (preferred) - Ability to plan strategically and manage a team - Experience in sales analysis and working with KPIs - Knowledge of Russian and English - Knowledge of office programs and CRM systems

Main responsibilities: - Full management and coordination of the sales department - Development and implementation of sales strategy - Control over the fulfillment of the sales plan - Motivation, development and orientation of the team on results - Production of reports and communication with management - Responsibility for increasing the company's revenue
