"Static Link" is seeking a Cost Estimator / Procurement Specialist!

"Static Link" was founded in 2022. The company specializes in the design, installation, and subsequent services of engineering systems on the Georgian and international markets.

Our main areas of focus are: HVAC (heating-cooling-ventilation); water supply and drainage (Plumbing); sewage, fire safety, and fire ventilation systems; electrical and low-current systems.

What you'll do

• Calculate the estimated project cost based on drawings and specifications, in accordance with existing standards and materials;
• Control and report on the cost estimation of ongoing projects;
• Approve acts and values of completed works;
• Analyze deviations in the value of completed works compared to the planned budget;
• Prepare financial reports and analysis at the end of the project;
• Consult with project and technical groups as needed.

What requirements must you meet

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Technical field is preferred;
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position is preferred;
• Knowledge of engineering standards and norms;
• MS Office programs skills;
• Data processing and visualization programs skills;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• High sense of responsibility.
