Main responsibilities: - Configuring operating systems with all necessary drivers and configurations. - Administering, installing, and supporting various software applications. - Managing users and computer objects in Microsoft Active Directory, creating/disabling accounts, adding/deleting computer objects, and modifying data. - Managing users in Office365, adding and canceling licenses. - Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SMB, and NFS operation and rules. - Desirable knowledge of TNG and Micros principles. - Configuring network printers and other connected devices, ensuring their availability. - Identifying and eliminating logical and physical technical malfunctions of computers. - Ensuring the availability of wireless access points.
