Main functions and responsibilities:
Research, analysis of international markets, and identification of new export opportunities; Search for potential clients, importers, and distributors in foreign markets, formation of new partnership relationships; Management of the existing portfolio of international partners, maintenance and development of business relationships; Presentation of the company's products and brands in international markets, preparation of commercial offers; Conducting negotiations with international partners and agreement on prices, order volumes, payment, and delivery terms; Coordination of export contracts and commercial agreements; Participation in the development of annual and quarterly sales plans, achievement of set goals, and monitoring of results; Analysis of export markets, competitive environment, prices, and customer requirements, identification of opportunities for sales growth; Coordination of the process from order receipt to final product delivery and control of export documentation; Effective cooperation with production, logistics, marketing, and other relevant structural units; Representation of the company at international wine exhibitions, tastings, and industry events; Analysis of feedback from international partners and development of relevant business development initiatives; Regular analysis of sales results, preparation of reports, and presentation to management.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education in business administration, economics, or a related field; Knowledge of English at least at B2 level (preference will be given to C1 level); Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage; High-level knowledge of office programs, especially MS Excel; Work experience in international sales or export will be considered an advantage.
