Tender - Infrastructure Works for the Entrance Territory of a Customs Warehouse

LLC "Aversi-Pharma" announces a tender for infrastructure works for the entrance territory of a customs warehouse at 3 Davit Kobakhidze Street, Tbilisi

• The characteristics of the work to be performed are given in Annex No. 1;
• The draft contract to be concluded with the winning bidder identified as a result of the tender is provided in Annex No. 2;
• The affidavit is in Annex No. 3;

Note: A bidder who has a payment condition that involves paying more than 10% of the total cost as an advance and/or this amount exceeds 5,000 GEL, in case of winning the tender, is obliged to provide a bank guarantee from a bank/insurance company agreed with the buyer at the stage of signing the contract.

Interested candidates must indicate the following information in the tender proposal:

• The cost of the work to be performed in the form of Annex #1.
• The condition of payment of the cost of works.

Interested candidates must submit the following documentation along with the tender proposal:

• Bidder's requisites: full name, address, and contact phone, email;
• An extract from the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal persons about the person's registration;
• Information about experience;
• A signed affidavit attached to this announcement in the form of Annex No. 3;
• Information about the experience of key personnel (CVs and relevant documentation confirming qualifications);
• Technical proposal;
• Schedule;
• Financial proposal (detailed cost estimate according to the stages and directions of the work to be performed).
• Information about the payment condition.

If the provision of services is planned through subcontractor(s), the bidder must also provide data on the subcontractor(s) in the form of the above-mentioned documents.

The criteria for evaluating tender proposals and attached documentation by the tender commission are:

• Quality;
• Cost;
• Service deadline;
• Settlement condition;
• Experience in a similar field;

The selected tenderer may be required to present the following additional documents at the request of the Tender Commission:

• Bank requisites, certified by the bank's wet seal;
• A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that there is no public law restriction registered on the property of the legal person.
• A certificate from the court that no insolvency case is being conducted against it.
• The tax code and payer status - a VAT payer or a payer with benefits;
• A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that no reorganization or liquidation of the legal person is underway (the information should not be older than 7 working days from the date of preparation);
• A certificate from the tax service about the absence of debt.

At the buyer's discretion, it is also possible to require tenderers to present other additional documents.

The submitted documentation must be signed by a person authorized by the tenderer.

To the attention of tenderers! The tender is conducted on the principle of 1 envelope, which does not imply an electronic trading stage between tenderers, and accordingly, tenderers must submit competitive/final tender proposals (including final prices).

The deadline for receiving tender proposals is November 6, 2026, 16:00, through www.etenders.ge. The selected/winning tenderer will be notified additionally about the deadline for presenting additional information/documentation.
