Photo-Videographer

"THE DESIGN MALL", "AWARD", "LISI EVENT HALL", "MAISON BRIDAL" brings together brands from different fields, for which the development of visual communication and digital content is an important part of their daily activities.

We are currently looking for a qualified, creative, and detail-oriented photo-videographer to effectively implement current and planned activities. The successful candidate will join our professional team and be responsible for creating photo and video content for all four brands.

We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also has a vision for content, can correctly perceive the specifics of the brands, develop ideas, and actively participate in planning visual content.

Work location: Tbilisi

Work regime: Full-time - working days are determined according to needs and may include weekends.

Remuneration: To be agreed upon

Main responsibilities:

For AWARD, LISI EVENT HALL, MAISON BRIDAL, and THE DESIGN MALL: Creating photo and video content; For social media, advertising campaigns, events, products, and spaces photo/video shooting; Participating in developing content ideas and concepts for different brands; Preparing the concept, references, and visual direction before shooting; Creating relevant content considering each brand's visual style and specifics; Participating in developing ideas and scenarios for videos; Processing and editing the captured photo and video material; Offering new content ideas and visual directions to the team when needed; Participating in the content planning process and contributing to the development of brands' visual communication.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of photography and videography;

• Availability of a professional portfolio;

• Good knowledge of technical skills for photo and video shooting;

• Experience in video editing and photo material processing;

• Ability to create visual content and develop creative ideas;

• Ability to perceive the brand's visual style and specificity;

• Experience in creating photo/video content for social media;

• Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a team and independently. The following will be considered an advantage:

• Experience in photo/video shooting in the field of interior and architecture;

• Experience working in the fashion/beauty field;

• Experience in shooting events;

• Experience in creating premium lifestyle content;

• Experience in creating advertising and commercial content;

• Experience in independently preparing a video from start to finish - from idea to final editing.

Selection process:

Within the selection process, the candidate must study all four of our areas - AWARD, LISI EVENT HALL, MAISON BRIDAL, and THE DESIGN MALL.

During the interview, we will ask the candidate to share their vision: ** What kind of photo and video content they imagine for each brand;

• What type of content they would offer for each area;

• Specific photo and video references/moodboard that, in their opinion, are in line with our brands.

It is important for us to see not only the candidate's technical capabilities and portfolio but also their creative thinking, content vision, and the ability to correctly perceive the visual language of each brand during the selection process.

After successfully passing the interview, the candidate will move on to the test stage. Within the test task, the candidate must create:

1. LISI EVENT HALL - photo/video content of the space;

2. MAISON BRIDAL - one video in the field of dresses;

3. THE DESIGN MALL - one photo/video content according to the concept pre-proposed by them.

At the test stage, both technical performance and frame vision, visual style, editing, correct brand perception, and the ability to independently develop and implement an idea will be evaluated.
