Logistics Coordinator

"Auto Import Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Logistics Coordinator.

The company's main activity is the import of automotive vehicles from any country in the world to Georgia. The company also produces exports and re-exports. The main countries are: Korea, China, America, Japan, and European countries. The company employs approximately 40 employees. The company works on both B2C and B2B sales.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative person who will ensure the effective coordination of the process from the receipt of cars to their arrangement and transfer to the customer.

Main responsibilities:

• Communication with the driver and coordination of the process of receiving the car carrier after it enters the territory of Georgia;
• Finding the optimal and budgetary location for unloading cars and organizing relevant issues;
• Organization of the process of receiving the car carrier and unloading cars;
• Unpacking of cars (if necessary), visual inspection, and fixing of damages for the insurance process;
• Preparation of information about the condition of cars and relevant reports;
• Sorting of documents received from the driver and providing them to relevant persons;
• Sorting of license plates and placing / fixing them on cars;
• Organization of the process of washing and sticking cars;
• Coordination of timely submission of ordered cars to the marketing team;
• Communication with the marketing team about the readiness of cars;
• Participation in the process of transferring cars and keys to the relevant responsible person;
• Greeting customers and organizing the process of transferring cars;
• Timely reporting on performed work and status of cars.

Qualification requirements:

• Knowledge of Russian language - a prerequisite, as the position involves daily communication with Russian-speaking drivers;
• Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to manage several processes in parallel;
• Ability to react quickly and effectively in problem situations;
• Driving license - required;
• Basic knowledge of office programs.

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Tbilisi
• Work schedule: fixed working hours are not defined;
• The work schedule depends on the arrival time of car carriers. Accordingly, the candidate must be able to get involved in the process of receiving and unloading the car carrier at the required time;
• Information about the arrival of the car carrier is provided to the coordinator in advance;
• The position requires mobility and movement to different locations.

Remuneration: 500 GEL for each fully organized and completed car carrier.
