Functions and responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety of the company's property (including buildings, inventory, etc.), employees, and guests, in compliance with the company's and security department's internal regulations
- Systematic physical inspection of the object, recording of defects, and adequate response
- Compliance with fire and labor safety standards, first aid standards, and the hotel's evacuation protocol, assistance to employees and guests in emergency situations
- Control of employee access, monitoring of spaces, and taking appropriate measures when employees/foreigners are detected in unauthorized spaces
- Assisting hotel employees from the security department's perspective, effective communication with guests as needed
- Monitoring employee and visitor entry and exit, implementing appropriate procedures according to standards
