Main functions and responsibilities:

Help end-users to ensure their work environment is functioning properly (e-mails, network problems, etc.) Installation, configuration, problem diagnosis, and elimination of IT equipment Monitoring of IT equipment and ensuring its proper functioning Work on various system problems Performance of various tasks defined by the IT Manager

Requirements:

Higher education in Information Technology; At least 1-year work experience in a similar position; Ability to analyze and solve technical problems; Control of deadlines for tasks; Knowledge of English at a technical level
