"Shokotella" announces a vacancy for a Junior Chocolatier position.

About the company:

"Shokotella" is a Georgian company producing premium handmade chocolate, creating authorial chocolates, bonbons, and various chocolate products.

In connection with the expansion of production, we are looking for an energetic, responsible, and motivated team member with experience working in a professional kitchen and a desire to master the art of chocolate.

Main duties:

• Preparing the workspace and necessary inventory before starting the production process;
• Preparing various types of chocolate products, bonbons, and fillings;
• Producing products in accordance with established recipes, technological cards, and calculations;
• Ensuring product quality and visual standards;
• Participating in controlling raw material stocks, quality, labeling, and expiration dates;
• Rational use of raw materials and minimizing production losses;
• Ensuring sanitary and hygienic norms and food safety standards;
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and inventory;
• Participating in the creation of new products and improving production processes;
• Coordinated work with other team members.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a professional kitchen, pastry shop, or food production is required;
• Knowledge of pastry technologies and production processes is desirable;
• Ability to work according to recipes and technological instructions;
• Desire to acquire new knowledge and professional development.

Work conditions:

Workplace: Pawkisi, Shokotella's factory Workdays: Monday-Friday (5/2) Working hours: 08:00-17:00 Transportation: Provided by the company Salary: 1,500-1,800 GEL per month, depending on qualifications and experience, with the possibility of further growth.
