Remote Consultant

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed around 50 projects and currently have over 20 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

In "Archi" we are looking for a Remote Consultant and his functions will be:

• To inform potential customers about the company's products and services;

• To provide primary consultation, assistance in choosing an apartment;

• Remote customer service, in accordance with standards and scripts;

• To determine the interests and potential opportunities of the customer;

• To schedule meetings of relevant customers with personal consultants, according to the calendar;

• To record comments on the details of communication with the customer in CRM;

• To constantly care about the satisfaction and loyalty of existing and potential customers.

Qualification requirements

• Experience in sales is required;

• Experience in the construction / development sector is desirable;

• Knowledge of English at a communicative level is required.
