Function/Responsibilities:
- Full operational management of production processes and effective organization of daily activities;
- Ensuring the protection and systematic control of established procedures, internal regulations, and standards;
- Strategic and operational planning of production, monitoring of performance, and analysis of results;
- Ensuring timely and high-quality execution of production plans, schedules, and planned volumes;
- Evaluation of current technological processes, increasing efficiency, and initiating optimization;
- Management of production documentation, initiating and implementing relevant changes to improve processes;
- Effective planning and control of raw material, material, and finished product inventories;
- Planning, organization, and analysis of inventory processes;
- Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and company internal policies, and control of compliance.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in management, business administration, or a related field);
- At least 1 year of experience working in a leadership position; experience in the food production sector will be considered a significant advantage;
- Knowledge of Russian and/or English at a working level will be considered an advantage;
- Ability to effectively use office programs (MS Office);
