Company Zumeri announces a vacancy for a Smart Home Technology Expert position.

Work location: Tbilisi Type of employment: Full-time

Main functions and responsibilities: Setting up scenarios and automations - Connecting various devices: Connecting devices operating on Zigbee, Matter, Thread, and other protocols, and creating practical scenarios (e.g., "Security", "Lighting control", "Energy efficiency", "Morning/Evening modes"). - Designing and setting up demo stands: Assembling interactive stands in branches and islands so that customers can test the capabilities of a smart home on-site. Providing technical support to internal staff/consultants.

Creating offers and packages - Assembling ready-made packages: Creating standard Smart Home packages (e.g., "Starter package", "Apartment security", "Smart lighting") based on demo scenarios, which consultants can easily offer to customers. - Communication with customers: Developing individual smart home architecture and scenarios tailored to their requirements and apartment/office. - Personalized offers: Compiling personal scenarios and offers for customers with individual requirements.

Market research and small B2B offers: - Market monitoring: Constantly researching trends and in-demand products in the Smart Home market, identifying necessary products/services, and initiating additions. - Small B2B communication: Sending/presenting ready-made packages and offers to various companies (architectural studios, interior designers, small offices/hotels, etc.) as needed. Researching, segmenting, and creating databases of relevant sectors (construction/development companies, hotels, architects/designers, government, and large corporate sectors). - Preparing individual, high-quality commercial offers for target companies. - Ensuring the integration and introduction of new products/categories in close collaboration with relevant internal departments.

Team support: - Technical consultation and training: Providing technical support and training to consultants in branches and islands on the product/scenarios.

Qualification requirements - Technical experience: Practical experience in using smart home ecosystems (Tuya / Smart Life, Aqara, Google Home, Apple HomeKit, etc.). - Protocols: Good knowledge of connecting, pairing, and operating principles of Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Thread devices (including understanding the logic of connecting to a Hub/Gateway and setting up a Mesh network). - Electrical engineering: Basic knowledge of electrical engineering (voltages, smart switch/relay circuits, N-line knowledge). - Communication and presentation: Ability to explain complex technical language in a simple and understandable way for customers. - Office software: Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (for pricing offers and packages).

Personal qualities - Interest in technology and the ability to quickly adopt new things. - Practical and solution-oriented thinking. - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with customers.
