Technical Service Manager

JSC "Georgian Agro House" announces a vacancy for the position of Technical Service Manager in Tbilisi.

Working hours: 09:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday) Salary: 3500 GEL NET

Main functions and responsibilities

• Buildings and Infrastructure: Monitoring the technical condition of buildings, responding to damages, planning repairs and resources;
• Engineering communications: Control of heating, cooling, ventilation systems, electrical, water supply and other systems, elimination of simple faults (within the competence and ability), involvement of specialists if necessary, ensuring continuity of utility services;
• Production equipment: Control of the condition and scheduled maintenance of refrigeration systems and equipment, elimination of simple faults, involvement of service companies in complex cases;
• Repair works: Organization of planned and urgent works, search for contractors, agreement of conditions, terms and cost with the manager;
• Technical safety: Regular inspection of objects, monitoring of elimination of faults, control of mandatory inspection deadlines;
• Inventory and documentation: Accounting of equipment and inventory, production of maintenance history, determination of spare parts needs (if available), control of material assets, reporting;
• Budget and expenses: Participation in planning the technical budget, cost control, preparation of purchase requests, administration of utility bills.

Qualification requirements

• Higher or professional education in technical, engineering or relevant field;
• At least 3 years of experience in technical service, infrastructure management or technical supervision positions;
• Practical experience in maintenance of buildings, engineering communications and technical equipment;
• Knowledge of the principles of heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical, water supply and other engineering systems;
• Ability to identify faults, plan repairs and control contractors' work;
• Ability to produce technical documentation and records;
• Preferably: knowledge of the principles of refrigeration systems and production equipment.
