Main functions and responsibilities:
- Preparation of the company's financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and their analysis;
- Participation in budget planning and preparation, comparison of actual results with the budget, and identification of the causes of deviations;
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analytical information necessary for management;
- Monitoring and analysis of revenues, expenses, profitability, and cash flows;
- Control of accounts receivable and payable, banking operations, and settlements;
- Processing of financial data in the 1C program and formation of relevant reports;
- Participation in the optimization of financial processes and reporting systems;
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the competence.
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration;
- 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position in the financial sector;
- High-level knowledge of the 1C program - practical experience in processing financial and accounting data, forming reports, verifying information, and analyzing;
- High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages for written and oral communication;
- Knowledge of the first level of ACCA or completion of a relevant training course will be considered an advantage.
