Procurement Manager

„Employment Agency HR“ is seeking a Procurement Manager for a development company. The vacancy is intended for a professional with experience in managing procurement processes in the construction or development sector, able to organize the purchase of necessary materials and services for construction sites, negotiate with suppliers, control budget and delivery deadlines, and effectively coordinate the procurement process with the needs of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities: - Organizing the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, inventory, and services for construction sites in accordance with the approved budget and project schedule; - Planning procurements and determining needs in coordination with site managers, project managers, and technical teams; - Researching the construction market, finding new suppliers and contractors, evaluating commercial offers, and negotiating with suppliers; - Controlling procurement budget, costs, orders, and delivery deadlines; - Ensuring the preparation and management of procurement contracts, orders, and accompanying documentation; - Coordinating the delivery process, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of materials; - Participating in the process of controlling the quantity, quality, and relevant documentation of received materials; - Evaluating supplier performance, identifying risks, and seeking alternative suppliers and solutions as needed; - Preparing reports for management on procurements, costs, deliveries, and identified risks; - Complying with the company's procurement policy, internal procedures, and document circulation rules.

Qualification Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, required; - Work experience in the construction/development sector or construction project management organization, required; - 3 years of work experience as a Procurement Manager, required; - Experience working in the Chinese market, advantageous; - Knowledge of MS Office programs, required; - Georgian language, native level, required; - English language, B2 level, required; - Russian language, B2 level, desirable.

Working Conditions: - Work location: Saburtalo territory; - Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00
