F&B Manager

Hotel "MONTE" is announcing a vacancy for the position of F&B Manager.

Location: Gudauri

The hotel is located in the mountain ski resort of Gudauri. The hotel has 31 rooms, a restaurant, lobby bar, entertainment and spa area.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: To be agreed

Key Responsibilities:

Full operational management and control of the hotel's restaurant and bar, breakfast service:

Team management, scheduling work schedules and preparing and conducting staff trainings:

Ensuring and constant control of high standards of service:

Menu planning, updating and quality control of products:

Inventory management, interaction with suppliers and ensuring effective purchasing:

Organization and execution of specific events (banquets, weddings, corporate meetings).

Collecting, analyzing and improving service based on guest feedback;

Compliance with legislative and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Effective coordination of subordinate employees;

Planning work schedules for employees;

Ensuring retraining of team members in case of changes;

Required Skills:

Work experience in a similar position

Education in the field of food and beverage will be considered an advantage;

Proficiency in Georgian and English is required;

Ability to manage and motivate a team;

Excellent communication skills;

Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills:
