Small Business Banker - Tbilisi

JSC "Bank of Georgia" Small Business Sales Department is announcing a vacancy for a Small Business Banker position in Tbilisi.

In case of employment in this position, you will have the opportunity:

• To plan and implement on-site visits to customers;

• To present the bank's services and banking products to customers;

• To identify the customer's request, offer the appropriate product and explain the advantages of this product;

• To study/analyze the customer's business activities and financial situation;

• To prepare a credit application and submit it to the committee.

Your qualification is important to us:

Education: Higher, preferably in finance, banking, economics or business administration.

Work experience: At least 1-year experience in business lending.

Mandatory knowledge, skills

• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills;

• High level of responsibility and high work motivation and activity;

• Organization, planning, correct determination of work goals and time management skills;

• Logical and analytical thinking.

• Professional knowledge of office computer programs;

• Service skills - politeness, kindness, willingness to help;
