Small Business Banker - Tbilisi

JSC "Bank of Georgia" Small Business Sales Department is announcing a vacancy for the position of Small Business Banker in Tbilisi.

If employed in this position, you will have the opportunity:

• To plan and conduct on-site visits with customers;

• To present the benefits of the bank's services and banking products to customers;

• To identify customer needs, offer relevant products, and explain the advantages of these products;

• To study/analyze the customer's business activities and financial situation;

• To prepare credit applications and submit them to the committee.

We value your qualifications:

Education: Higher education, preferably in finance, banking, economics, or business administration.

Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in business lending.

Required knowledge and skills: - Language skills: Georgian - fluent, conversational English is desirable;

• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills;

• High level of responsibility and high work motivation and activity;

• Organizational skills, planning, correct determination of work goals, and time management;

• Logical and analytical thinking.

• Professional knowledge of office computer programs;

• Service skills - politeness, kindness, willingness to help;
