Job Description:

Initial communication with clients entering the bank and determining their needs; providing high-quality and effective service to them; Serving customers according to their needs, or redirecting them as necessary; Client identification, verification; Issuing cards to clients; Issuing, storing original references and documents to/from clients; Communicating with each incoming customer, offering banking products and services; Assisting clients in 24/7 areas, with automated systems; Protecting the confidentiality of client-related information.

Requirements:

A graduate or final-year student of a higher education institution; Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; High-level knowledge of the English language; Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage.

Motivated; Communicative; Ability to quickly learn and think logically; Ability to work in a stressful environment; Development-oriented; Teamwork skills; Organized and detail-oriented.
