HR Manager

Auto importer company "Carspace" is announcing a vacancy for the position of HR Manager.

Location: Tbilisi, Akamasheneblis Khievani №19

Type of employment: Full-time

Working days: 5 days a week, 10:00-18:00

Salary: from 2000 GEL - depending on qualifications and experience

About the company:

"Carspace" ensures the purchase of vehicles from US international auctions, full transportation services, and fast and efficient management of customs procedures.

The company also offers services to dealers, which includes the full process of importing and distributing large batches of vehicles.

Our main priorities are quality, reliability, and timely service - so that the customer can easily and comfortably receive the desired vehicle.

As the team grows, we are looking for an HR Manager to lead the full cycle of human resource management.

Main responsibilities:

Posting vacancies, selecting CVs, and organizing interviews with candidates; Managing the onboarding and adaptation process for new employees; Maintaining employment contracts, orders, and personal files of employees; Recording working hours, administering leaves and bonuses; Internal communication with employees and organizing team events; Participating in the development of a positive corporate culture; Identifying training needs and organizing them.

Requirements:

Higher education; At least 2 years of experience in the HR field; Knowledge of the Georgian Labor Code; Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; High organizational skills and sense of responsibility; Good communication skills; Ability to protect confidential information.
