Business Marketing Specialist

"Beta Plus Network", which is part of a global network of in vitro fertilization clinics and agencies, is announcing a vacancy for a Business Marketing Specialist.

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented marketing professional with strong experience in Targeting, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and business development.

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a marketing strategy tailored to the company's business goals;
• Planning, managing, and optimizing targeted and Performance Marketing campaigns;
• Managing advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms;
• Researching, analyzing, and segmenting the target audience;
• Finding new target audiences and marketing opportunities;
• Developing Lead Generation strategies and working on attracting potential customers;
• Improving conversion rates and supporting the sales process;
• Monitoring advertising budget, KPIs, and ROI;
• Analyzing the market and competitors;
• Analyzing marketing data and reporting on results;
• Close collaboration with the sales team to improve Lead Generation and conversion;
• Managing cooperation and coordination with external agencies/contractors;
• Continuously improving the marketing strategy in accordance with market changes and results.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience in the field of marketing;
• Strong practical experience in Targeting and Performance Marketing;
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads;
• Experience working in target audience segmentation and Lead Generation;
• Experience in independently planning and managing marketing campaigns;
• Ability to analyze data and work with KPIs;
• Strategic and business-oriented thinking;
• Results-oriented and high sense of responsibility;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Experience working in international markets will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in the field of medicine, IVF, fertility, surrogacy, or international services will be considered an additional advantage.
