The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Laundry Technician.

Work schedule: Full-time Work location: Chakvi Direct supervisor: Laundry Manager

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of technical equipment in the laundry;
• Monitoring the operation of washing and drying machines, ironing equipment, and other technical devices;
• Timely detection, diagnosis, and elimination of technical malfunctions;
• Daily monitoring of equipment and checking its technical condition;
• Performing planned and preventive technical maintenance of equipment;
• Ensuring the cleanliness and proper functioning of pipes, filters, valves, and drainage systems in the laundry;
• Monitoring the proper functioning of water pumping units, engines, and corresponding systems;
• Monitoring the operation of supply and exhaust ventilation systems and eliminating technical faults if necessary;
• Controlling the condition of water and steam supply systems, pipes, and connections;
• Detecting irrational consumption or possible losses of electricity, water, and other resources and taking corresponding measures;
• Determining the causes of technical damage and taking measures to prevent repeated malfunctions;
• Informing the responsible person about necessary spare parts and technical materials;
• Recording technical work, identified faults, and performed repairs;
• Timely informing the corresponding supervisor about technical problems;
• Coordinating with laundry staff to detect and eliminate technical problems in a timely manner;
• Ensuring the organization of the workspace and proper maintenance of technical equipment;
• Observing safety rules, electrical and fire safety requirements, and internal labor regulations.

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills, and properties: 1 year of experience in a similar position is desirable.
