Call Center Operator / Night Shift

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Call Center Operator at "Archi" and the responsibilities will be: - To receive incoming phone calls and serve customers, following standards; - To respond to messages and post comments on social networks in a timely manner; - To inform existing and potential clients about the company's products and services, both through phone communication and social networks; - To identify, analyze and provide assistance to customer-provided questions/issues (if necessary, redirect to the relevant structural unit); - To record communication details with the customer in CRM; - To provide high-standard service to existing and potential customers; - To constantly care about the satisfaction and loyalty of existing and potential customers; - If assigned, to make outgoing calls and provide information to recipients according to the script.

Qualification requirements: - Preferred experience in the service sector; - Necessary English language knowledge at a communicative level.
