Main functions and responsibilities:
Verification of primary documents for fixed assets purchase and conversion of relevant purchase orders in the program; Assignment and sticking of inventory numbers to fixed assets; Work on RS portal, control, confirmation, and approval of received invoices and consignment notes for fixed assets, and approval of internal shipment consignment notes; Software preparation of fixed asset sale orders and uploading of relevant consignment notes and invoices to the RS portal; Preparation of acts for write-off of fixed assets and write-off from the balance; Preparation of reports for fixed assets inventory and full involvement in the inventory process; Preparation of the list of fixed assets for annual property declaration and submission to the Chief Accountant; Control of warehouse balances in the central office, description of actual balances, and comparison with program balances to identify differences. Comparison of regional warehouse balances with program balances and identification of differences, ensuring relevant corrections.
Qualification requirements:
Experience working with MS Dynamics Navision or 1C program; Higher education, Bachelor's degree; Experience working in a similar position or as an accountant in general; Good knowledge of office computer programs, especially Excel; Knowledge of IAS 16; B category driver's license;
