Customer Service Center Operator for Working with Subscribers

LLC "Telmiko" announces a vacancy for the position of Customer Service Center Operator for working with subscribers.

Function-Responsibilities:

Receiving, registering, and responding appropriately to customer inquiries (changing requisites, providing turnover history, providing information on tariffs, debts, etc.); Collecting/processing necessary documentation within the framework of fulfilling customer inquiries, organizing timely reflection of changes in the database, and ensuring the provision of relevant information to the customer; Collecting/preparing necessary documentation for correcting the amount on the subscriber's card and organizing timely reflection of changes in the database; Preparing various types of registers and daily reports related to subscribers in Excel files; Formalizing contracts for the supply of electricity with customers; Conducting negotiations with customers regarding payment of electricity fees; Providing explanatory information to customers about the origin and causes of debt; Organizing and controlling labor regulations, production, and labor discipline.

Qualification Requirements:

Russian language - oral communication skills are desirable; English language - oral communication skills are desirable; Knowledge of computer programs at the user level: MS Excel, MS Word; PowerPoint.
