Main responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize target segments for the pension product;
- Develop commercial offers tailored to the segment with the involvement of relevant persons;
- Constantly analyze the market and competitive environment, monitor trends, and form relevant recommendations;
- Establish communication with legal entities, provide information about the new product, organize meetings with them, and conduct product presentations;
- Manage the entire cycle of the sales process;
- Plan and implement various activities to sell the pension product;
- Provide product-related information to the group of sales managers, monitor product sales, and provide support as needed.
Basic requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working with corporate clients in the sales field;
- Experience working in the insurance/banking sector will be considered an advantage;
- High-level English language skills (B2-C1) are required.
