Procurement and Supply Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional in the field of procurement for our restaurant chain, who will plan supplies, manage relationships with suppliers, and ensure the accuracy of procurement-related data in the FINA program.

• Reconcile internal demands and inventory data, determine procurement needs, and plan orders.
• Search for alternative suppliers in the market, compare offers, and negotiate procurement terms.
• Verify agreed-upon prices, analyze changes, and renegotiate terms if necessary.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and resolve issues with suppliers in a timely manner, including on-site meetings if needed.
• Regularly verify inventory and plan replenishment to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Record receipt, movement, and sale of goods; process relevant electronic documentation in daily coordination with network managers.
• Update product catalog, new items, and calculations; control data accuracy in accounting and sales systems.

Candidate Experience and Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement in the HORECA sector.
• Practical knowledge of working with the FINA accounting program and managing electronic commodity documentation.
• Experience in negotiations with suppliers and business contacts.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to organize work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
