Position: International Procurement Manager
Brief Job Description: - Planning and organizing the entire procurement/import cycle smoothly, based on the company's needs. - Researching the international market for suppliers, studying and analyzing the technical and qualitative aspects of products to be purchased; price analytics and optimization. - Pre-determining product orders based on warehouse stock indicators; constant control of contract terms, delivery deadlines, and payment conditions with potential/existing suppliers; periodic updating of agreement/negotiation terms to minimize prices. - Controlling the accuracy of documentation presented by suppliers; - Monitoring product production deadlines from purchase request to delivery to the warehouse; - Forming a base of transport companies, constantly monitoring and comparing their response deadlines and prices to achieve optimal offers; - Constant control of the correctness of documents required for cargo transportation, declared information, and accompanying documents; - Preparing documents necessary for customs control and monitoring procedures; - Ensuring internal transportation of imported products (from the customs checkpoint to the central warehouse). - Performing other tasks assigned by management within the scope of competence; also preparing procurement reports and presenting them to direct management with predetermined periodicity;
Qualification Requirements: - Mandatory English language skills, both written and spoken (knowledge of Russian is desirable) - Experience working in a similar position is required; - Advanced Excel skills;
