The company JSC "Panex", which manufactures wall and roof sandwich panels, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Production Accounting and Planning Specialist in Rustavi.
Main functions and responsibilities: - Participation in planning the quantity of raw materials and materials needed for the production process; - Monitoring and accounting of the movement of raw materials and consumables used in production; - Accounting of production operations and actually used raw materials; - Processing, verification and analysis of actual production indicators; - Participation in compiling and updating norms of raw materials and materials consumption; - Comparison of actual costs with established norms and identification of deviations; - Preparation of data and relevant acts for writing off materials; - Participation in periodic inventory of raw materials and consumables; - Accounting of finished products and control of the process of their issuance from the warehouse; - Quantitative accounting of products transferred to customers and verification with relevant documentation; - Reading production drawings and processing necessary data based on them; - Preparation of relevant reports based on production and accounting data; - Performance of other tasks related to production accounting, planning and control; - Performance of tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the competence.
Qualification requirements: - Higher or professional education - preferably in technical, engineering, economic or financial fields; - Experience in production, accounting, planning or similar positions will be considered an advantage; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; - Ability to process data, prepare reports and analyze; - Ability to read production drawings; - Knowledge of working with norms of materials consumption or relevant experience will be considered an advantage; - Experience in working with 1C will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of production or warehouse accounting principles will be considered an advantage.
