Solution Marketing Manager
The IT company Andersen invites a Solution Marketing Manager to join the team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.
Responsibilities: – Analyzing the market, competitors, and customer needs. – Developing positioning, value propositions, and GTM strategy for assigned service lines. – Creating sales plays, case studies, presentations, content, and website pages in collaboration with Sales and technical experts. – Generating qualified leads and pipeline.
Requirements: – 3+ years of experience in B2B Product / Solution Marketing. – Experience developing and implementing GTM strategies, understanding the enterprise sales cycle. – Experience promoting a product within a company. – Experience creating content and launching advertising campaigns. – Analytical mindset. – English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher.
Nice to have: – Experience in IT Services / AI / Enterprise Tech. – Experience in IT outsourcing / consulting, ABM, international GTM, and promoting AI solutions.
Compensation: 4000–4400 EUR per month.
