Pre-Seller Merchandiser

The company is announcing a vacancy for a Pre-Seller Merchandiser position.

Main responsibilities:

• Full knowledge of product types and characteristics;
• Presentation of products at the retail outlet in full compliance with merchandising standards;

• Daily photo documentation of product placement on shelves/ in refrigerators and sharing in electronic format. Taking photos before and after arrangement;

• Assembly of new refrigerators at retail outlets and product placement according to planogram;

• Verification of refrigerator codes and entrepreneur compliance at retail outlets;

• Obtaining necessary information from outlets and timely delivery to management;

• Visiting retail outlets according to predetermined routes and forming orders;

• Conducting negotiations with retail outlets, including payment terms;

• Operational analysis and control of product balances in retail outlets;

• Fulfillment of established monthly sales plans;

• Constant monitoring of debts left in the network;

• Correct use of cash registers to collect money from retail outlets;

• Timely placement and reporting of daily collected funds on the company's account;

• Information on the need for installation/removal/repair/exchange of refrigerators in the network;

• Implementation of measures to increase penetration in the retail network, improve positions, and promote the brand;

• Offering news, promotions, and other activities to existing and potential clients;

• Searching for new clients, as well as seeking information about potential clients;

• Daily reporting of work done to direct supervisor;

• Fulfillment of received tasks within the established deadline;

• Maintenance and keeping in clean condition of company-owned items (car, cash register);

• Performance of assigned duties and other tasks of management within their competence.
