Student Support Specialist

"Alte University" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Student Support Specialist

Main functions/responsibilities:

To provide one-stop, transparent, and efficient service and support to students; To receive and manage students' administrative and other inquiries/requests; To provide information to students on administrative, student life, and well-being-related issues; To ensure the issuance of ready documents to students; To support the resolution of technical issues recorded with students in the university's electronic ecosystem (e-mail, student portal); To identify and refer students with behavioral problems (e.g., anxiety, stress, etc.) to relevant personnel; To manage the ticketing process of incoming communication and constantly monitor it to ensure timely and efficient satisfaction of student requests/inquiries received through phone, e-mail, and walk-in communication; To manage social media chats.

Basic qualification requirements:

Higher education; Desirable work experience in the service sector (experience working in the educational sector will be considered an advantage); Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); English language proficiency at least at B2 level; ability to write and speak fluently.

Workplace: Tbilisi, University St. N 10, Alte University campus Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00-18:00
