Insurance company "Unison" announces a vacancy for the position of Marketing Manager.

Main responsibilities:

Participation in the development and implementation of marketing strategy, action plan, and budget; Planning, coordination, and control of marketing projects, campaigns, and team activities; Collaboration with other departments and external partners to implement marketing initiatives. Development and management of the company's online sales channels; Improvement of processes for online purchase of insurance products, payment, and policy renewal; Implementation of initiatives for digital sales growth, conversion optimization, and additional sales (Cross-sell/Upsell). Management, monitoring, and development of the business direction of the website and mobile application; Ensuring content, insurance products, offers, and information updates; Improvement of user experience (UX/CX), initiation of new functionality, coordination with the IT department, and testing changes. Management and development of the marketing direction of the CRM system; Management of customer segmentation, personalized and automated Email/SMS/Push campaigns; Implementation of initiatives for customer retention, loyalty, reactivation, and policy renewal. Planning, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Management of SEO, social media, content strategy, and brand digital communication; Analysis of the insurance and financial market, competitors, and customer behavior, development of product positioning and offers. Monitoring and analysis of digital sales, marketing campaigns, and CRM results; Control of key KPI's (Conversion Rate, CAC, CPL, ROAS, Retention) and development of improvement initiatives; Analysis of customer feedback, satisfaction, and online reputation Control of marketing budget efficiency and preparation of periodic reports.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing and E-commerce;

• Experience in marketing within the insurance, banking, financial or FinTech sector;

• In-depth knowledge of E-commerce, digital sales, and Performance Marketing;

• Experience in managing websites, mobile applications, and CRM systems;

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools;

• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and team management;

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
