Job description

• Timely elimination of minor technical and operational malfunctions arising in the organization's branches and head office, ensuring the smooth functioning of objects and effective planning and execution of minor repair works.
• Identification and timely elimination of minor technical and operational malfunctions existing in the organization's branches and head office;
• Performing minor repair and technical works, including: replacement / repair of door locks;
• Replacement of lamps and lighting fixtures;
• Replacement of cabinet and furniture locks;
• Replacement of damaged parts of laminated flooring;
• Execution of painting works;
• Implementation of other minor repair and technical works;
• Assessment of identified technical malfunctions and determination of necessary works;
• Planning, accounting and production of relevant information on the execution of minor repair works;
• Determination of materials and inventory necessary for the execution of works;
• Daily movement in branches and head office for the purpose of performing technical works;
• Timely provision of information about performed works to the direct supervisor;
• Compliance with safety requirements and rules and procedures in force in the organization during the work process;
• Execution of other relevant technical and operational tasks determined by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• B category driver's license;
• Ownership of a personal light vehicle;
• Practical experience in minor technical or repair works;
• Practical skills in performing manual and minor technical / repair works;
• Ability to plan and account for minor repair works;
• High sense of responsibility and ability to perform tasks on time;
• Ability to work independently and solve problems operationally.
• Having an electrician's certificate will be considered an advantage.
