SPA Manager

Natali Group is looking for an experienced, organized, and result-oriented SPA Manager for its new premium spa project, VR NATALI SPA, in a project-based collaboration format. The position involves preparing for the spa's opening, managing the test opening, and ensuring operational readiness for the official opening.

Key Responsibilities - Determining a detailed plan, deadlines, and priorities for pre-opening activities and controlling their execution; - Participating in team selection and recruitment, distributing functions, and preparing work schedules; - Coordinating the training of administrators, therapists, and service personnel; - Setting up processes for guest reception, reservations, services, payments, and feedback management; - Developing and implementing service standards and daily work procedures; - Coordinating the preparation of service lists, programs, and prices in agreement with management; - Checking the readiness of spaces, equipment, products, consumables, and supplies with relevant teams; - Coordinating work with suppliers, technical teams, and partners; - Planning opening-related expenses and purchases within the approved budget; - Organizing a test opening, practically checking the full guest experience, and correcting identified shortcomings; - Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure operational support for the opening process; - Assessing readiness for the official opening, informing management about current issues and risks; - Transferring established processes, working documentation, and recommendations to the relevant team upon project completion.

Requirements - Experience in managing a spa, wellness, or hotel services direction; - Experience in team management and organizing operational processes; - Participation in opening a new facility or pre-opening preparation will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of high service standards and a guest-oriented approach; - Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage deadlines; - Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to practically solve problems; - Ability to work with budgets, purchases, and supplies; - Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; - Knowledge of English is desirable.

Collaboration format: Project-based, for the spa's opening. Project period: From pre-opening preparation to test opening, official opening, and completion of process transfer.
