Operations Manager

"MAMUSI" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Operations Manager.

Remuneration: fixed 2000 GEL per month, paid hands-on.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00, with a 30-minute break.

Workplace: Tbilisi, David Bakradze 6a.

Role

This is the first person we are growing with. We are looking for a person who will manage the daily operations of the store, warehouse, and workshop. One employee, a merchandising specialist, will work under your supervision. You will make daily decisions independently within the agreed rules; exceptions will be coordinated with the founders.

Your goal is to ensure the daily tasks run smoothly and free up the founders' time to develop the company.

About Us

MAMUSI is a Georgian brand specializing in the import and sale of diamond tools for working with stone and concrete. We offer diamond saws, segments, drills, and grinding and polishing tools to our customers. We also perform saw maintenance and restoration in our own workshop.

The company has been operating since 2014. In 2023, a new stage began under the name MAMUSI, created to honor the deceased founder. The company is led by two founders with international master's degrees and experience working in Fortune 500 companies.

We are now building the foundation for growth: implementing Odoo, barcode and warehouse systems. Our goal is to become the №1 diamond tool brand in Georgia and then expand beyond Georgia.

What We Offer

• Onsite training and support: you will learn about products, Odoo, and barcode work onsite. In the first week, you will work with the founder, and then gradually take over tasks with their support.

What You Will Do

• Customer service is always top priority; other tasks are done in free minutes.

• You will serve customers: onsite, by phone, and on Facebook, helping with product selection and processing delivery orders. You will ask questions to understand their needs - for example, what type of stone and machine they work with.

• You will record sales: reflect all sales in Odoo on the same day and issue the corresponding receipt.

• You will coordinate with the workshop: receive tools and drills, prepare necessary materials for the referral specialist - segments, copper, flux, and stickers; organize the order of tasks and control deadlines agreed with the customer.

• You will manage inventory movement: replenish low-product stock in the store from the warehouse and record goods movement according to agreed rules.

• You will contact customers: to cover debt, receive feedback on product quality, offer additional products, and obtain recommendations.

• You will receive imported goods: approximately every two months, receive, count, and sort goods, and if necessary, attach barcodes and take photos. In case of large volumes, you will invite assistants and coordinate their work.

• You will close the workday: prepare a Z-report, close the terminal, and send a short report to the founders on sales, disruptions, and notable issues.

• Receiving goods, moving boxes and tools, and placing them on shelves is a daily part of this job.

What we expect from you

• You will serve customers in fluent Georgian; you can understand English work texts and program instructions and prepare a short letter.
• You will speak with customers by phone and in person in a clear, polite, and professional manner.
• You use Excel or Google Sheets independently and have experience using an AI assistant in real work.
• When several tasks are assigned simultaneously, you can prioritize and meet agreed deadlines.
• You are ready for the daily physical work described above.

• Preferred: experience working in sales or customer service; knowledge of the stone, construction, or tool industry.
