Job Title: System Analyst

We are looking for a System Analyst to engage in the development of banking systems and digital products. Their main task will be the technical analysis of business requirements, description of system solutions, and preparation of clear, complete tasks for developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering, clarifying, and transforming business requirements into system requirements;
• Studying existing systems, business processes, and integrations; assessing the impact of changes and dependencies;
• Analyzing database structure, SQL queries, and stored procedures;
• Describing data exchange between systems, APIs, and integration requirements;
• Preparing functional and technical documentation: business rules, data structures, validations, error handling, and alternative scenarios;
• Creating diagrams of processes, system interactions, and data flows;
• Preparing interface prototypes and describing user scenarios as needed;
• Collaborating with developers, architects, testers, and business representatives in the process of agreeing and implementing solutions;
• Defining acceptance criteria, supporting testing and UAT;
• Analyzing identified defects and maintaining the relevance of documentation.

Key Requirements

• Experience in system/business analysis;
• Ability to analyze business requirements in detail and accurately document them;

• Practical knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases;

• Ability to read and analyze the logic of existing Stored Procedures;

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML;

• Experience in reading API documentation and checking requests with Postman or a similar tool;

• Knowledge of UML/BPMN and ability to create process, sequence, and other necessary diagrams;

• Experience working with prototyping tools;

• Knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile approaches;

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to independently research issues;

• Clear communication with technical and non-technical parties;

• Ability to work with English-language technical documentation.

Will be considered an advantage

• Experience working in the banking or financial sector;

• Experience working with internet banking, mobile banking, payments, or user registration systems;

• Ability to read and understand business logic in existing code;

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence;

• Experience in analyzing logs and researching the causes of system errors;

• Experience using AI tools in analysis, documentation, and prototyping, while protecting data confidentiality.
