The company "Smotors" is announcing a vacancy for the position of: Procurement and Inventory Management Analyst
Location: Tbilisi, Evgenia Maisuradze 1 Work Schedule: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities: - Constant business communication with the company's existing international suppliers (negotiating purchase prices, bonuses, and marketing budgets). - Determining the pricing policy for goods and controlling margins. - Continuous monitoring of sales dynamics, seasonality, and trends, and forecasting demand. - Continuous control of inventory to prevent deficits. - Forming purchase orders and constant coordination with the logistics department. - Operational search for deficit goods and replenishment on the local market. - Constant study and analysis of the market, product category, specific goods, and competitors. - Regular identification of low-turnover and illiquid inventory; initiating and planning promotional activities, discounts, and other similar marketing campaigns with the marketing manager to realize them. - Ensuring the constant updating of product catalogs and information on goods; active involvement in warranty issues. - Preparing periodic analytical reports on inventory and turnover for management.
Requirements: - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, processing large data files is mandatory). - Perfect knowledge of English (written and verbal communication for negotiations with international brands). - Knowledge of Russian is desirable. - Experience in brand management, procurement, or financial/inventory analytics will be considered a priority.
