Job description We are looking for an Operational and Business Project Manager who will be directly involved in the operational and strategic management of the company and ensure the effective functioning of various projects and branches. This position is ideal for those who have high internal discipline, leadership qualities, and want to grow in a short time in the direction of the company's main management link (COO / General Manager).

Key responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Participation in the development of short-term, medium-term, and long-term development plans/strategies for the company and individual branches.
• Project management and control: Monitoring the implementation of set strategies and controlling project deadlines.
• Reporting: Requesting, analyzing, and preparing systematic reports for the director from branch and department managers.
• Optimization of operational processes: Assessing the effectiveness of branch work and offering innovative ways to improve it.
• Team motivation: Caring for employee engagement and motivation, maintaining a healthy work environment.

Qualification requirements
