LLC "Gvirila Retail" network announces a vacancy for the position of Business Processes and Standards Manager.

Position purpose:

Company-wide identification, description, standardization, implementation, and performance monitoring of business processes. Improving organizational efficiency, clear separation of functions and responsibilities between departments, and ensuring uniform work standards.

Main function / responsibilities:

Involvement in the analysis, optimization, and compliance with regulatory requirements of business processes operating in the company;

Standardization of business processes operating in the company, improvement, management, and control of work descriptions of organizational structural units and subunits;

Determination of priorities (under conditions of uninterrupted company operation) for drawing up standards for business processes, services' functioning, and work descriptions;

Compilation and approval of procedures, relevant documentation, templates, and regulations for establishing operational order, both at the head office and in the retail network;

Assistance in developing and implementing a business process implementation plan;

Investigation of reasons for business process failures in the company - identification of existing gaps in the company's work, searching for their primary sources, and timely correction;

Reaction to violations identified as a result of business process performance monitoring;

Ensuring involvement of business process compliance specialists in monitoring business process performance in the retail network;

Requirements:

Higher education in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Work experience in business process management, operational management, quality management, or organizational direction.

Experience in describing and documenting business processes.

Analytical thinking and process improvement skills.

Effective communication and coordination skills with various departments

Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Retail sector or multi-branch company experience is desirable
