"American Hospital Tbilisi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Service Coordinator.

"American Hospital Tbilisi" is a JCI-accredited, multi-profile medical institution located in the center of Tbilisi, which was opened in 2021 with the support of the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and taking into account the joint interests with the state of Georgia.

• Location: Tbilisi

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00;

• Probation period: 6 months

• Salary: 900 GEL per month, paid in hand

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Polite greeting, reception, and, if necessary, further referral of patients or visitors arriving at the hospital;

• Providing initial necessary information and familiarizing with hospital services;

• Assisting patients in orienting themselves in the hospital;

• Identifying patient needs and providing correct guidance;

• Familiarizing patients with their rights, considering the policy of American Hospital Tbilisi;

• Ensuring confidentiality of personal and medical information related to patients;

• Identifying and eliminating problems of dissatisfied patients or their family members within the competence and authority;

• Participation in the process of assessing patient satisfaction.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in public relations, medicine, healthcare management, public health, or other relevant specialties;

• Experience in a similar or analogous position is desirable;

• B2 level knowledge of English.
