Accountant

"Oda Courtyard Collection" is announcing a vacancy for an Accountant position.

Remuneration: 2000 - 3000 GEL NET (take-home pay) - determined according to the candidate's qualifications.

Work schedule: Full-time, from 10:00 to 19:00 (Monday to Friday)

Work format: Only onsite (office-based). Remote or hybrid work formats are not considered.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Accounting operations: performing, monitoring, and closing accounting postings;
• Financial management: conducting banking operations, managing transfers, recording receivables and payables;

• Asset and expense control: accounting for expenses, inventory, and fixed assets (accrual and processing of depreciation);

• Tax and documentary support: uploading and controlling invoices and receipts on RS.ge; accrual of salaries;

• Specific operations: full accounting and corresponding postings for import operations;

• Reporting and declaration: preparation of financial statements and active participation in the preparation of tax declarations;

• Other tasks: performing other current tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant related to the accounting process.

Qualification requirements:

• Education: higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (considered an advantage);

• Experience: at least 1-2 years of practical work experience in the field of accounting;

• Software: experience working with ORIS 5 / ORIS 7 accounting software and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);

• Legislative base: good knowledge of the Georgian Tax Code, accounting principles, and standards;

• Certificates: possession of the first level of ACCA is considered a significant advantage.
