Receptionist

The five-star hotel/restaurant chain "IOTA HOTELS" located in the city center announces a vacancy for the position of Receptionist.

"IOTA" provides the public with high-standard, sophisticated service in a cozy and unique environment.

Main responsibilities

• To welcome and accommodate guests according to the standards existing in the hotel
• To provide guests with the desired information - about rooms, tariffs, and other facilities available in the hotel
• To register guests in the system and perform relevant financial operations
• To receive incoming phone calls and provide relevant information
• To act in accordance with the service standards of "Hotel Iota"
• To establish effective and positive communication with guests
• To build open, sincere, trusting, and caring relationships
• To transfer information to the manager of the reception department at the end and beginning of the working day.

Basic requirements

• Higher education in business administration
• Fluency in English and Russian (interviews will be conducted in these foreign languages)
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• High-level knowledge of computer programs
• Experience working with the "Fina" program is a priority.
