The distribution company "BMS" announces a vacancy for the position of Key Account Manager.

The company "BMS" has been operating in the Georgian market since 2002 and is one of the growing distribution and marketing companies in the country, which distributes premium brands such as Frosch, Vileda, Basso, Wilkinson Sword, Reggia, OE, Cotoneve, Emsal, Dr. Beckmann and others.

Main responsibilities:

• Fulfillment of sales plans for the network direction and work on sales growth;
• Analysis of turnover, sales, and main products of partner companies and retail outlets;
• Conducting negotiations with network partners and managing cooperation conditions;
• Coordination of the process of receiving, processing, and timely delivery of orders;
• Participation in planning and execution of promotions and promotional activities;
• Control of merchandising standards at retail outlets;
• Daily monitoring of sales and proposing relevant initiatives to improve results;
• Management, monitoring, and evaluation of the activity of the subordinate merchandiser;
• Setting goals, supporting, and motivating the team;
• Preparation of reports on sales and work performed.

• Ability to make independent decisions;
• Knowledge of MS Excel;
• Knowledge of 1C will be considered an advantage;
• Higher education will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of a foreign language at a communicative level will be considered an advantage.

Working conditions:

• Location: Tbilisi, D. Guramishvili Avenue N64
• Work schedule: 5 working days a week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
• Salary: agreed (fixed + bonus)
• Subordination: Sales Team Leader
• Subordinate position: Merchandiser
